Valves Factory) is a state-owned holding company remanufactured
according to state policy. Established in 1958 and affiliated
to China Chemical Engineering Group Corporation China Chemical
Engineering Equipment General Corporation,it is a manufacturing
unit which specializes in the production of various kinds
of high and medium check valves,butterfly valves,ball valves,control
valves,high-temperature high-pressure power station valves,nuclear
power ground-piercing valves,special purpose alkali-making
corner valves,metallurgy eye glass valves and outlet valves,which
are widely app;ied to industries such as petroleum,chemical
engineering,power station,metallurgy,pharmacy,supply and discharge
of water,paper making,construction.After forty years of development,the
company has grown into a modern machinery manufacturing enterprise
which integrates the R&D,manufacture,marketing and service
of products.Its main advantage can be described in the following

First:Manufacturing advantages
The enterprise has more than seven
hundrd sets of production equipments, including internationally-advanced
Toshiba BF-130A, Czech SKODAW180NC, German exa-600NEC520 numerical
control cutting machine, 3.5M vertical lathe as well as sets
of large precision equipments(typical) planer milling machine
has 8M processing length.)Annual production capacity includes
6000 tons of cast stell,4000 tons of rivet welding parts and
5000 tons of metal processing parts. Currently, with the capacity
of taking orders of all large project valves, it can produce
valves made from special alloy materical like carbon steel,
itainless steel, ltralow carbon stainless stell, alloy steel,
Monel and titanium.
Additionally, with perfect inspection
system, the enterprise has set up full-time mechanical quality
control department, under which there are measuring room,
physiochemical laboratory and fault detection room.
1. Full-time measuring management
organization has eleven full-time measuring staff and ten
part-time measuring staff. Seven highest measuring standards
have been established in addition to having perfect transfer
systems of measuring valves. It is also a state second-level
measuring unit.
2. Professional physiochemical laboratory
has ten full-time test clerks, including three physical test
clerks and seven test clerks for chemical analysis. Main inspection
equipments include maximum capacity 600KN universal tester,0-300J
impact tester,XJL-02A metallographic microscope,Th160 Richter
hardness gage,721 model spectrophotometer, 0.1¡ë analytical
balance, HT-2A non-aqueous carbon-sulfur automatic analyzer.
Tests on mechanical property, metallic phase and hardness
can be conducted. Chemical analysis can be conducted on elements
such as carbon, silicon, managanese, sulfur, phosphor, chrome,
nicked, molybderum, copper, titanium, aluminium, lead, iron,
tin, stibium, vanadium, rare-earth, marine sand and so on.
3. Nodestructive inspection: There
are five full-time inspection personnel of nodestructive fault
detection in fault detection room, including one person with
three-level RT and four other persons with two-level qualification
of RT, UT,PT,MT. Other facilities include XXZ3005,XXG3005,XQ2005,Xy2515
ray machine, YZ-2magnetic power detection, PXUT-27 ultrasonic
diction machine and 100m2 exposure room.
Second. Perfect quality assurance system
In accordance with ISO9001-2000, safety
registration and managerial methods for pressure pipeline
manufacturing unit, as well as requirements of API SpecQ1:1999
standard, our enterprise establishes quality control system,
which is implemented and maintained so as to achieve effective
and sustained improvements.
Third. Technical talent advantages
 We have built our own R&D centre

and have introduced 219 engineering technical personnel, including
2 excellent experts(professor-level engineers),5 experts being
entitled to the allowance of State Conucil,36 technicians
with senior professional titles,156 technicians with intermediate
professional titles and 112 worker technicians. CAD and CAPP
are fully applied to build computer aided design system which
is based on three-dimensional PC workstation. Besides many
sets of peripheral equipments like HP laser printers and scanners,
the enterprise has advanced valve development and design software
to conduct simulation stress analysis and optimized design,
thus ensuring the advanced level, reasonableness and reliability
of product design.
Forth. IT advantages
The management personnel have attached
great importance to the corporate information construction
and have carried out CAD demonstration project and state 863CIMS
demonstration project one after the other. Basic information
construction projects have begun to take shape. Currently,
main business basically adopts information-based means, which
plays an active role in increasing production efficiency and
reducing production costs.
Since 1984, the enterprise has become
one of seven valve members of SINOPEC and has many years of
experience in serving petrochemical enterprises. Millions
of high and medium pressure valves have been manufactured
and all economic indicators rank top in the valve industry.
These achievements have won recognition from customers of
Qilu Petrochemical, Daqing Oil Field, Shengli Oil Field, Tianjin
Petrochemical, Jinling Petrochemical, Jingmen Petrochemical,
Hainan Smelting-chemical. In 1997, the enterprise passed the
certifications of international famous TUV from Germany, ISO9001
quality assurance system from China HAC and singal product
European Community CE certification. In 2004, it also obtained
P.R.C. manufacture permit(AZ certificate) of special equipment,
and American Petroleum Standard Association (API) certificate.
